Vacation-apartment Rom – Haus Gerlach
In the rear building, very quaint with a big garden and a terrace you find this beautiful vacation-apartment Rom, which extends over 2 floors. On the ground level is a small kitchen with a dining area and a nice, big living room with a lot of space for cozy evenings. A sofa can be used as an additional sleeping place. Also downstairs you have a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, which can be made into double or single beds. The big bathroom has a tub and a shower.
Prices
From 25 € / day per person when rented by 4 persons and minimum stay throughout ½ month
including weekly cleaning / linen / towels
additional fee for final cleaning at departure
Those prices are not valid for short stays / weekend stays and the Gerry Weber-Open!

After we charge 80 % of the price.

Up until 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation is free of charge.
Children and Teenager up to including 12 years pay 50 % of the regular price.
If needed, we provide child’s beds free of charge.
